Hello! This is a really late reply but the very first thing I tried making with this flour is crepes. I used 1 egg, 1 tbsp veggie oil, 1 tbsp of the keto flour, monkfruit sweetener, a pinch of salt, and lactose free milk to thin it to a consistency I like. I whisked that all together and put it in a lightly greased, VERY non-stick pan to cook. After scraping up the edges, I transferred it to a plate to cool by folding it or rolling it like a pie crust to keep it from breaking, then unrolled it there. It worked great without any additional additives.
