Hi Gerald, yes, you certainly can! Since the Keto Wheat flour will absorb liquid differently than regular all-purpose or bread flour, you will likely need to adjust the liquid content in the recipe a bit. For each cup of Keto flour substituted, expect to add about 2 tablespoons extra liquid. The Keto Wheat flour also requires a shorter mixing and kneading time, so the dough may come together faster when you substitute this ingredient for part of your flour content.
