Hi Diana! A blend of the Keto Wheat Flour and conventional wheat flour should work out just fine! The proportions of the blend would be totally up to you, but we would recommend using a recipe that is calling for conventional wheat flour and replacing some of it with keto flour, rather than following one of our keto-friendly recipes and trying to add in conventional wheat flour.
