Hi there, Kathy! For a smaller pizza, you could cut the recipe in half or divide the dough into two pieces before shaping it. If you decide to make a half batch, it'll probably be easiest to knead the dough by hand rather than trying to knead that small amount of dough in a mixer. Alternatively, if you make the full recipe but divide the dough into two crusts, we'd recommend parbaking one, and then once cooled you can store it in the freezer for later use.
