Since the pandemic, I have been baking just about everyday, and distributing goodies to friends, family and neighbors. I was trying to figure a way to give small pies to each household, and this was the answer. I made 8 recipes of the apple crumb yesterday, and they are perfect. They are in the freezer waiting to be defrosted and distributed next week for Thanksgiving. As usual, the wonderful staff and instructors at King Arthur have come through.
