Hello! It can feel discouraging, but there are good alternatives! We need to change our diet long-term as well. As the article says, I've found that cutting salt by more than half affects the texture (I now understand why), but we are getting used to it. I will try baking the dough before it falls:( As a sub, our family likes BRAGG Sprinkle, a no-salt seasoning blend. I mix liberally into the dough and sprinkle on top to make up for the lack of browning, And of course, KAF is always best !!! Blessings on your health journey...
