I am anxious to find out if you could possibly develop and actual bakery that would sell retail to all of us who don't have access to such an extensive bakery and experience. There are thousands of us in 'assisted living' facilities and had to give up our kitchens. Also, lots of Boomers, stay at home Moms and stay at home Dads & just a lot of people who crave a piece of GOOD BREAD. And you make it nutritious!!! Hope you can find a way to do something online and then we could place an order once a month and put some in the freezer too. A piece of GOOD bread can make a simple meal really special. Every body loves bread. =)
