Thank you, Frank, for sharing your story. Baking is one of those things that lets us share a bit of ourselves with others and offers us opportunities to delight in the process and the product. The baked goods I have made to share and celebrate with my friends and family over the years have created that sense of comfort and care, as you referenced, and help create that feeling of being at home, of nurturing, in a world that can sometimes be less than accepting. While there is work to be done, the LGBTQ community and its allies are pushing forward and impacting the public discourse on equity so there is much to celebrate. Kudos to King Arthur Flour for being one of those allies and supporting youth in our community. Be well, and happy pride!
