Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, Terry, and for pointing out that our call to bake might be frustrating for those who can't get their hands on flour or other ingredients, which we truly do recognize. All of us now find ourselves facing challenging conditions, and resources can look very different from one home to another. While our team here on social media persists in our mission to spread knowledge, inspire joy, and draw communities together through baking, other King Arthur Flour team members are actively working with our mills, production partners, and distributors to replenish depleted inventories as quickly as possible. It’s our sincerest hope that those who momentarily find themselves without flour or other ingredients won’t have long to wait before the baking can continue. In the meantime, we hope what we share serves to feed a need so many of us currently have while practicing social-distancing: the presence of others all gathering together around a beloved pastime, even if only digitally. We’ll be thinking about you and our entire community through these difficult times and always striving to extend the best part of ourselves in friendship.
