Hello I tried to make these but had no luck at all. I think that my starter is too thick and heavy. I use 4oz starter, 1 cup of flour and half cup of water to feed it, so it has a sticky dough like consistency where as yours looks to be more like a batter in the pictures. How much water would you suggest adding to the starter to get the right consistency?
