Hello!
I made this recipe this morning and the inside was beautiful like the picture. The crust, however, was pale and very hard, not golden like the pictures. When kneading it, the dough was very tough and did not come together in a smooth ball. I inept kneading in order to develop the gluten. What did I do wrong?
