I received this recipe in a KA email about a month ago, I think it was titled "easiest loaf of bread you'll ever make" and I've made it three times since then! I bought a bag of KA Bread Flour specifically for this. I do dust the loaves lightly with flour right before scoring, I like the visual contract achieved. and I have utilized the heated cast iron skillet in oven, with some hot water thrown in, right when placing the bread in oven to bake. I love seeing that your parchment paper was already used at least once, for cookies or something :)
