To make sure I understand, do you mean that you substitute the starter in a sourdough bread recipe for half that amount of yeast, water and half flour, in addition to the flower called for in the recipe and the salt? Also, does a loaf of bread made with yeast water have the same gut health qualities and reduce gluten sensitivity reactions as a loaf of sourdough bread that has fermented? Thanks!
