For quick breads and cakes (so batter instead of dough), what is the volume of the 9x4 Pullman and the 13x4 Pullman? I have both of these pans and am looking to convert recipes such as Marble Loaf and Pumpkin Bread from 9x5 and 8.5x4.5 into these pans.
