I have had difficulty with this issue due to an unreliable oven, so thank you for these tips. And I know it is not perfect, but thanks for putting the temperature readings in too. I have some recipes where it's really hard to tell visually, but at least I can be sure if my thermapen gives a way low reading that it needs more time. Thanks!
