Just stumbled onto your blog. These waffles are hands down the best sourdough waffle recipe i've ever tried! And, just on a side not, if you do not have eggs, this recipe works well without the egg. My daughter has an egg allergy, and so we have started leaving eggs out of just about everything, and these turn out wonderful without eggs.
