I am so glad I found this site. I made the dough and seasoned it with garlic powder onion powder oh and a bit of ginger for the yeast and put it in the fridge for two or three days. I rolled some out cold as you recommended between two sheets of parchment coated with a little almond oil. I used the recipe for tomato sauce and spread mine using a fairly flat tablespoon, which worked great. My oven was set to 450° and a baking stone was on the middle rack. I put the sauce covered Pizza dough in the oven at that time. My only departure was to slice provolone cheese into thin strips while the pizza cooked. I took the pizza out of the oven and covered it with the slices and put it back in the hot oven just until the cheese melted. It was totally perfect! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe.
