Hi, Bob! Since most pizza crust recipes are already free of dairy, you're all set on that front. With regard to toppings, you have two options. One is to just make pizza without cheese. With plenty of flavorful toppings, it really doesn't need it! The other option is to make your pizza with non-dairy cheese. There are a number of different brands available, so feel free to experiment, and see which one you and your wife enjoy best. Happy baking!
