Hi PJ, I tried this thin crust pizza, with all your extra tips 2 make it gr8! It came out perfectly the 1st time(I used the k.a. pizza crust recipe), with ur tips of rolling it between 2 parchment sheets and using the baking pan to slip it on my pizza stone(which frankly I hadn't used in years) , took it back out after making 2 pizzas, 1 at a time, and it slipped out to a pan, slipped off the parchment, and it was as good as the artisan pizza we had on vacation in no. Carolina. Thanks for your thorough instructions, I loved making it, and, frankly, felt proud of myself that it came out looking like your picture!
