Your article saved me. After many attempts of making “panettone ”, I succeeded this year by using my KitchenAid to need the dough. The door was quite sticky so the KitchenAid was very useful. The question I have is on the second rise, is itbest to use the KitchenAid again? The dough was still too sticky to need by hand. If so, how many minutes do you recommend?. Again thank you for all your help.
