My favorite bread to bake & eat over the holidays is Swedish Julekage. It's similar to panettone, with fruit bits, but not baked as a tall loaf. When I make it, I add a bit of Fioria di Sicila to mine to give it something extra. However, whenever I make it, I have trouble with slices holding together.
