Can't wait to try this trick. My problem is, the last couple times I've done cinnamon rolls, my dough is really sticky and tough to handle, so by the time I get to the rolling/cutting part, the whole thing gets very messy... sticking to the rolling pin, the counter, etc! Is the key dusting with flour before rolling or something? Thanks for your help!
