So, this is the ultimate best post I have read. I have stayed away from sourdough baking at home because we’re just two of us and go through one loaf about every 3 weeks (we don’t eat lot of bread) and hated the idea of throwing away so much discard. Now that you have shown us small batch method, please can you share link/recipe of how do I start my first sourdough. Thank you
