Just made for first timer from Trader Joe’s 100% Honeycrisp apple cider (unfiltered) it turned out great and not that hard to make-just kept eye on it and timer on phone for stirring-Cant wait to use as it has a terrific taste! Didn't add cinnamon as my daughter and a few friends are allergic-but love the way it is!
