Thanks for the info. I have a question and a recipe. Question: I boiled some cider months ago, but didn't use it all and so stuck the rest in the freezer to save for future use. When I pulled it out of the freezer recently, it was not frozen! Is it still safe to use, do you think? Why didn't it freeze?
