We have a handful of recipes designed specifically for the Super 10 Blend, Marianne! You can find them here. You can also substitute it for half of the all-purpose flour in many recipes, just as you would whole wheat flour. We haven't tried this recipe as a loaf, but we've heard it bakes into rolls nicely in a 9" round pan. You could either try this in a loaf pan if you're feeling adventurous, or stick with our Multigrain Sandwich Bread recipe for a safer option. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
