Linda, thank you for your attention to detail! We recently changed the volume of flour in this recipe due to a discrepancy in how we weighed the flour. Thankfully, the difference is only marginally noticeable, and we have found that this bread, thanks to its higher hydration, turns out beautifully either way. Just be sure, you're remembering the measuring standards found in our recipe success guide when measuring your flour by volume. Thanks again, for your sharp eye. Charlotte
