Karen, you could certainly shape this into 3 round loaves using a round brotform. We suggest keeping the oven temperature at 450°F and increasing the bake time to 25 to 30 minutes initially. You may need to bake for longer from there, so keep an eye on the internal temperature of the loaf until it reaches at least 190°F. Going above is fine too if you're looking for an extra crisp, browned crust. Charlotte
