Thank you for all your hard work! Your blog posts are inspiring. I know King Arthur wants to sell new products, but not everyone can afford to buy all the new products they advertise and are now called for in the recipes. I've made copy cat mixes of grains in the past and was wondering if you knew of a blend recipe we could substitute for the Super 10.
