I'll be baking my first wedding cake but the wedding will be outdoors and en July in Spain. I'm really scared because it will be very HOT!! They want a chocolate cake and I was thinking to use either Swiss or Italian buttercream using some shortening. What do you think I should do? Thank you so so much!!!
