Hi,I have used frosting on cakes mostly doesn't require kept for long in heat or transportation.
I was thinking of using your Creamcheese frosting recipe.
But in it doesn't have any shortening to withstand the heat just for prevention. By the way,I was thinking of using shortening for the 1st time.

Not sure what to do :( ... Plz help
