Hi, Rosalee. We have a trustworthy recipe for Whole Wheat Pie Crust that is can be made with Whole Wheat Pastry flour, but I would advise using 1/4 cup of all-purpose and 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour; the lower gluten in the whole wheat pastry flour can make a tricky crust to work with without a little help.
