Hi!! I need to make a strawberry shortcake but I can’t find fresh strawberries anywhere as they’re not in season! I only have frozen ones, so I was wondering if I could thaw them, and let them dry them well in kitchen paper for a while before adding them to my whipped cream frosting in between layers, and on top of the cake. Would this enough to prevent the juices from spilling out and ruining the frosting?
