Hi there, Arlene! Is this a yeasted bread or quick bread recipe? If it's a quick bread recipe you can follow the tips shared above for using frozen fruit in muffins. If this is a yeasted dough, we'd recommend using dried fruit instead of frozen as we think using frozen fruit will make for a very wet dough and a rather soggy bread after baking. If you do give it a try, we'd recommend defrosting the fruit first, draining off the excess liquid, and patting the plums dry before adding them to your dough to remove as much excess liquid as possible.
