Challah and the classic baguettes are my personal favorite, the Pane Bianco has gotten the most requests for me to make (6 between work and family) and all of the sweets were big hits. Suffice to say I will continue to follow along and look forward to more new recipes and techniques. Now trying to keep up with the bake the bag challenge...
