I made this wonderful bread earlier during the summer. I too thought I would like making into a smaller loaf or rolls. Next time I make it, my plan is to cut the rolled dough like you would cinnamon buns. I'm certain they will make wonderful individual size servings that way. This was such a delicious bread!
