1. Can't you make this as cinnamon-style rolls? You would lose the nice twisted look, but it should taste similar, I think. 2. If you make the big loaf, you can cut the baked loaf into portions of your choice and freeze them after the bread has cooled. Thaw and reheat briefly in the oven.
