Hi Sandy. We used the pie crust recipe that's written in this recipe and had great results. We're sorry to hear that your crust has been giving you a hard time lately, and hope we can help with some tips. Pie crust cracks when it's too dry, so we'd recommend measuring your ingredients by weight if possible to ensure that no extra flour is making its way in.
