I make these on Wednesday (homemade blueberry or strawberry-rhubarb), freeze them unasked and bake up Friday morning fresh for the Farmer's Market. We love them and they've been a very good seller. I love the tip to cut off the edges with a pizza cutter! Trying that next time. Thanks for a great recipe!
