Love, love, love the flavor of this cake, but the texture was disappointing: despite a lovely rise and good color, the cake was just too dense for us. I wonder if that could be because of the yogurt, which I’ve never used in a cake before. I assume it would be lighter with the milk ... and I know there’s always the possibility of baker error! Either way, I’ll be trying this one again.
