Pat, we haven't tried this cake in a half sheet pan, but we'd suggest keeping the temperature the same as written in the recipe, and start checking for doneness at 25 minutes or so. It may bake longer than that, but it's good to keep a close eye on things when baking in a pan you haven't used before. It will be ready to come out of the oven at 210°F. At that point, make a note of how long it took so that you'll have a good time in your recipe for future bakes. Enjoy! Kat@KAF
