It might be the pan, Keiko. If it's a dark colored pan or a glass pan, lower the oven temperature by 25°F and extend the baking time by a few minutes. What helps the most is to put the smallest buns/rolls in the middle of the pan, and the largest ones in the outer corners. Both of these tricks will help them bake more evenly. Annabelle@KAF
