Note that if the recipe includes VWG: Vital Wheat Gluten - I use 1 tsp per cup of flour when I want it more airy like store sandwich breads - the amount of flour called for in the typical 1 1/2 lb loaf fills the chamber up to its 2 lb loaf max. Personally though, to get the shape I want, I use the dough cycle then bake it in a bread pan in the oven.
