Thank goodness for your tutorial blog. I was so nervous making this and when it looked curdled, I panicked but kept on reading. I have the same thermometer that you used..thank goodness as well. You did a great job. Yes, it is a beautiful cream. My kitchen aid mixer seemed warmer than the frosting.
