Hi Karina! You sure can freeze this buttercream. The day before you plan to use it, move the container of frozen buttercream to the fridge to defrost overnight and then let it come to room temperature before using it. If you see any weeping or separation, toss the frosting in the mixer and whip it briefly to bring it back together. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
