Hi Lori, it sounds like the edges bake very hot so we'd suggest starting by lowering the oven temperature by 25° and seeing if that helps things bake more evenly. If you find the edges are still too dry, you can try an even lower temperature. It will take longer for things to bake but they may not get as dry and dark on the edges.
