Maureen, funny you should mention that! I joined the online Insta Pot Facebook community and have been trying to get a sense of what people are baking in their pots. It's clear that hundreds of thousands of people are using them, and I'm seeing an uptick in baking desserts. It's on my list to get to... one of these days. But thanks for the push! PJH@KAF
