Hi, there! I finally bit the bullet and started a sourdough starter for the first time. It's currently on it's 4th day. On the 3rd day, it developed hooch. I poured it off and fed it. This morning it had hooch again so I poured it off and fed it. This afternoon, it has hooch again. Should I just keep on pouring it off and feeding it? Should I do something else? If I split it in half, can I use it to make something? Please help!
