Hi KAF
on saturday i started for the third time, a sourdough starter, without succes, and i dont know if it is the very hot and humid weather, about 89 degrees, or what is the reason. in the third day, last night, the starter seens very liquid, last night I took it with me to the bedroon, where is cooler, and this morning, was very liquid, and i think with mole.
really, I think i going to give up, until winter, when my home is going to be less warmer.
