I’m on day three of making my starter from scratch and I notice a bad smell. I have it in a glass container and covering it with a clean dish towel. From pictures I’m finding it looks like it should but just smells odd. What should my next step be? Also I have read your supposed to use filtered water is it still ok to use my at home filter jug?Thanks!
